Legislation:  Thirteen members, including six members from Division I, three members from Division II, three members from Division III. One representative from the following geographical region, South: District 3; and at least two representatives from the following three geographical regions: East: Districts 1 and 2; Midwest: Districts 4 and 5; West: Districts 6, 7 and 8. An additional member shall be a nonvoting secretary-rules editor and shall be eligible for reappointment without restriction. Quota of 25 percent administrators: 3 Coaches: 6
