INFORMATIONAL

Progress
report concerning outdoor track and field championship format. During the recent
indoor track and field championships, the committee discussed the cabinet’s
request for an update regarding a long-term solution to outdoor track and field
regional alignment issues. The
committee welcomed the opportunity to discuss the topic further and considered the
Division I Championships/Competition Cabinet input valuable to the
process. As a result, the committee
approved the formulation of a study group with the following composition:
