Composition:  The men's ice hockey committee shall consist of four members. Two members from the East (Districts 1, 2, and 3) one administrator and one coach, and two members from the West (Districts 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8) one administrator and one coach. Quota of 50 percent administrators: 2.
